Asian Hospital and Medical Center (AHMC) is firmly committed to upholding corporate integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct across the organization. This Whistleblowing Policy provides a secure and confidential platform for all individuals—including regular, project-based, and contractual employees, medical staff, trainees, members of the Leadership Team, and third-party partners—to report any suspected wrongdoing, misconduct, irregularities, or unethical practices that may adversely affect the hospital or compromise the safety and interests of its stakeholders.

AHMC promotes a non-punitive, “blame-free” reporting environment, ensuring that all whistleblowers and witnesses who report concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation, discrimination, or any form of reprisal. Reports made with honest intent are supported, even if they are later unsubstantiated. However, misuse of this reporting mechanism for personal grievances is strictly prohibited. Any individual found to have made false or malicious allegations will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination.

What you can report
You are encouraged to report any significant concern or risk, including but not limited to:
•    Fraud, malpractice, or irregularities involving auditing, accounting, and financial controls
•    Violations of AHMC policies, procedures, rules, and codes of conduct
•    Unethical behavior or improper actions that could harm AHMC’s reputation
•    Legal or regulatory violations, criminal acts, or miscarriage of justice
•    Threats to employee or public health and safety, including environmental risks
•    Concealment or deliberate failure to disclose any of the above

Note: While providing your identity helps facilitate a more efficient and thorough investigation, anonymous reporting is permitted via email or hotline. However, reports must include sufficient factual details and supporting information to ensure legitimacy and prevent misuse.
