Patient Preparation Guidelines
IF WITH DOCTOR’S ORDER:
- If patient is post-surgery (0-3 months), REFER to REHAB MED
- If patient is post-surgery (3 months onwards), patient can be referred to ASPIRE for Personalized (if patient has no experience in exercise)
IF WITHOUT DOCTOR’S ORDER:
- If patient is not athlete and has no experience in exercise and wants for general strength and conditioning, with no co-morbidities, and no existing medical or surgical condition, can be referred for Personalized Training Program
PROCEDURE DURATION: 1Hour/session
