Asian Hospital and Medical Center’s internationally recognized campaign character, “Ate Rose,” made a special appearance at the Department of Health’s Kalusugan Convention 2026 led by Health Secretary Dr. Ted Herbosa.
As the face of the campaign “MEET ATE ROSE®: Making the World’s #1 Killer Easy to Understand and Hard to Ignore,” Ate Rose continues to raise awareness about atherosclerosis by transforming a complex health condition into a message that is relatable, understandable, and actionable for the public.
The campaign encourages individuals to pay attention to symptoms such as headaches, chest discomfort, and shortness of breath, which may be signs of atherosclerosis. Through education
and awareness, Asian Hospital aims to empower more Filipinos to seek proper diagnosis and timely cardiovascular care.
The initiative reinforces the hospital’s commitment to advancing heart health awareness and preventive care in the community.
