Responsible in providing a more advanced medication management service in collaboration with other healthcare providers through unit-based practice to ensure that drug therapy will be rational, safe and cost-effective. They provide recommendations for appropriate drug product selection, effective regimen design and optimal drug therapy monitoring services. They participate in continuing education programs and provide training to other pharmacists, pharmacy student interns, and other healthcare professionals both in theoretical and practical knowledge, in order to give excellent healthcare to the patients.
Requirements
| Educational Requirement | Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Preferably graduate of BS Clinical Pharmacy / Major in Clinical Pharmacy or Graduate of Doctor of Pharmacy |
| Licensure Requirement | Registered Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Pharmacy |
