Asian Hospital Expanded Cancer Care Access Through Tanza Specialists Medical Center Partnership

Asian Hospital and Medical Center further strengthened its commitment to advancing accessible and specialized healthcare by forging a strategic partnership with Tanza Specialists Medical Center (TSMC) through its Hospital Engagement and Alliance Linkage (HEAL) Program. The collaboration marked another milestone in expanding access to advanced medical services and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to more communities.

Representing Asian Hospital during the partnership signing were Dr. Beaver Tamesis, President and Chief Executive Officer; Dr. Carmen Nievera, Chief Medical Officer; and Ms. Hennesy Miranda, Director of Marketing and Patient Experience. They were joined by Tanza Specialists Medical Center representatives Mr. Renerio Jover, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Luis Juan Arroyo, Chief of Clinics. 

The partnership expanded patient access to the advanced cancer treatment services of the Asian Cancer Institute, including the CyberKnife® System, which offers highly precise, non-invasive treatments through Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT). Patients referred through TSMC also gained access to other comprehensive cancer care services available at Asian Hospital, helping ensure timely and specialized treatment.

The collaboration reinforced Asian Hospital's mission of building strong healthcare networks that improve patient access to world-class medical technologies and expertise. Through the HEAL Program, the hospital continued to foster meaningful partnerships that enhanced healthcare delivery and brought innovative, life-changing treatments closer to the communities that needed them most.
