Asian Hospital and Medical Center (AHMC), in partnership with Del Monte, successfully conducted a Corporate Health and Wellness Activity that promoted healthier lifestyles, preventive care, and overall well-being among participants.
The activity provided participants with access to free health screenings designed to encourage greater awareness of their health and wellness. These included Nutrition Counseling, Postural Health Assessment, Random Blood Sugar testing, Peak Flow Measurement, and Memory & Stress Screening. The screenings allowed participants to gain valuable insights into different aspects of their health while encouraging them to take proactive steps toward maintaining their well-being.
The event also featured a lay forum titled “Eat Smart, Live Strong: Rethinking Ultra-Processed Foods,” led by Clinical Nutritionist-Dietitian Trisha Maurice Basoc, RND, FSCO, CFPM. The session provided participants with practical information on making healthier food choices and understanding the importance of mindful eating as part of a healthier lifestyle.
Through the combination of health screenings and educational discussions, the activity highlighted the importance of prevention, nutrition, and informed lifestyle choices in supporting long-term health.
The collaboration between AHMC and Del Monte provided an opportunity for employees to prioritize their health while gaining practical knowledge that they could apply in their daily lives.
The Corporate Health and Wellness Activity served as a meaningful day of learning, health awareness, and engagement, reinforcing the importance of making healthier choices today for better well-being and a stronger tomorrow.
