Treadmill Stress Test

PREPARATION

  • Bring/Secure doctor's request
  • Rest at least one to two hours after a light meal
  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking prior to test
  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing, preferably with walking or jogging shoes
  • Bring at least one (1) companion
