Diagnostic Test

Sleep Monitoring

Three (3) to five (5) working days

Minimum of six (6) to eight (8) hours of sleep

  • Nail polish should be removed
  • For male patient: preferable that beards are shaved
  • Avoid antihistamine
  • Avoid decongestant
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages

  • Skin allergies
  • Companion is required for pediatric, geriatric, and patient with special needs

Therapeutic Test

Application of positive airway pressure

Three (3) to five (5) working days

Minimum of six (6) to eight (8) hours of sleep

Combined

Monitoring of sleep for two (2) hours followed by appication of positive airway pressure

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Screening

Sleep monitoring (only monitor the airflow, oxygen sat and breathing pattern) lesser parameters available

Three (3) to five (5) working days
