The value of a customized health screening program

Good health goes beyond the mere absence of disease. It encompasses optimal mental, social, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Wellness is the positive component of optimal health. It is a general sense of well-being reflected in the full realization of an individual’s desire to live a meaningful and productive life.

Each person is unique. So is each individual’s health and wellness status, which depends to a large extent on his/her genetic make-up and lifestyle. Comparing your health status to that of others may only produce feelings of inadequacy that can negatively affect your health and wellness. Each person has strengths and weaknesses. Focusing on one’s strengths and learning to accept one’s weaknesses is key to achieving optimal health and wellness.

Asian Hospital and Medical Center recognizes the uniqueness of each individual. That’s why Asian Hospital and Medical Center designed a comprehensive and holistic screening program that caters to the unique health and wellness status of each person.
