on disease prevention and therapy symposium
at Asian Hospital and Medical Center
The Department of Internal Medicine
of the Asian Hospital and Medical Center will hold the 1st Postgraduate
CME Course symposium dubbed “State-of-the-Art Medicine: Updates
on Prevention and Therapy” on September 12, 2007, 8 a.m. to
8 p.m., at the 4th Floor Training Room of the hospital.
The
symposium aims to further educate doctors on the latest in medical
prevention and therapy, focusing on the utilization of state-of-the-art
tools and strategies.
The
symposium will feature Internal Medicine specialists from Asian
Hospital and Medical Center from the fields of pulmonology, gastroenterology,
endocrinology, oncology, cardiology, rheumatology, among others,
who will give insightful talks on community-acquired pneumonia,
pre-diabetes and diabetes, cancer screening and vaccine, chronic
cough, acute coronary syndrome, fatty liver, GERD, and hypertension,
among other featured topics.
