Our Guest Services Associates at the Front Desk is ready to serve you from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm, Mondays to Sundays. You may call them at ext. 8100 or 8104.

Hospital Tour
Prior to admission, you may wish to check out the facilities and services of the hospital. For tour requests, call our Guest Services at ext. 8100 or 8104.

Patient Perception Survey
Our nurses will give you a Patient Perception Survey Form. Please complete the survey form so we can better serve you, your families and friends. Kindly return the accomplished form to the Nurse Station or to the Guest Service Department.
