Two programs of Asian Hospital and Medical Center, “Achieving Cost Reduction and Delivery of Savings through Paperless Post-Procedural Documentation System” and “Achieving Delivery of Excellent and Quality Rehabilitation Medicine Services through Development of Knowledge-Based Workers”, received the Excellence Award in the prestigious Asian Hospital Management Awards (AHMA) 2012 held on September 14, 2012 in Hanoi, Vietnam. The hospital’s programs were selected by a distinguished panel of judges from among 363 entries from 89 hospitals in 12 countries.

The AHMA recognizes and honors hospitals in Asia that implement best hospital practices. Now in its eleventh year, the AHMA is considered the preeminent hospital management awards program in the Asia Pacific region. Awards are given to hospitals in the region that, in the opinion of the judges and advisers, have implemented or enhanced outstanding and innovative projects, programs, and best practices during the prescribed time period.
